CAMGA meetings are usually on the third Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m. at the Elmore County Extension Auditorium but check the latest newsletter to be sure. The centerpiece of a typical monthly CAMGA meeting is a one-hour program on some subject related to horticulture. Jul 17 –Tour George Farms, Inc. in Eclectic, Alabama. They specialize in Fresh Meat Cuts from grass fed Pork, Lamb, Goat, and Beef and use organic methods to grow their produce.
